Alexis was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He is a proud alumnus of Florida International University, where he graduated with high honors, earning a bachelor’s in business administration. After working in the corporate offices of a Fortune 500 company, Alexis decided to enroll into FIU’s College of Law, in order to pursue a legal career specializing in business matters. He was one of eight students admitted to the FIU’s inaugural Advanced Trial Advocacy Course and frequently earned Dean’s List honors. Furthermore, he interned for the Honorable Circuit Court Judge Jorge Cueto and the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.
In 2013, he earned his law degree and was admitted to the Florida Bar. While Alexis has dedicated much of his time practicing commercial litigation, he prides himself in being able to competently represent his clients in a variety of legal areas, including personal injury, family law, landlord/tenant, and foreclosures. At the firm, Alexis’ practice focuses in commercial and real estate litigation.
Alexis is fluent in English and conversational in Spanish. He is also licensed to practice in Ohio.
