Antonio “Toni” Rodriguez is a law clerk for the firm.

Toni was born and raised in Miami, Florida to Cuban parents. In 2020, he graduated from Barry University, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Before entering law school, he worked in the Florida Legislature and rose to the position of Chief of Staff for a Florida State Senator. He is currently a rising 2L at Stetson University College of Law and on track to graduate in May 2025. Most recently, he was one of 18 out of 240 students selected to participate in Stetson Law’s annual First-Year Appellate Advocacy Competition, where he was declared the Round Winner and Runner-Up Best Oralist of the competition.

When not working or studying, Toni likes to jog, kayak, or watch a good docufilm.

Toni is fluent in both English and Spanish.
