Ayala is Investigating Claims That U Haul Allowed Hackers to Steal Customers Private Information

Ayala’s is investigating claims that U Haul allowed cybercriminals to steal rental contracts that contained the names, driver’s license, and identification of 2.2 million customers.

According to reports, the company delayed in notifying those exposed to the breach creating higher risk for identity theft and fraud.

The alleged breach occurred between November 5, 2021 and April 5, 2022.
