Ayala’s Case Against Texas Attorney in 2 Million Dollar Fraud Case Featured in Law360.com

By December 2, 2022No Comments

Ayala’s case against, among others, a Texas attorney for participating in a fraudulent deal involving two million dollar personal protective equipment (PPE), was featured in the popular legal news site law360.com.

The article discusses the final dismissal of the case against the Texas lawyer after a settlement for $130,000 was reached with him by Ayala’s client.

As stated in the article: “Judge Bloom entered a final judgment against Sadick in October [while] the collections process to collect $131,750 had already begun.”

In the interim, the Texas attorney satisfied the judgment, and Ayala filed a notice with the court to that effect.

The case will now proceed to trial against the remaining defendants.
