This week, our case was featured in Law360. The case involves a $37 million SEC civil action suit in which our attorney, Eduardo A. Maura, Esq.,was retained to represent one of the defendants.
The article, published on April 5th, 2023, discusses how the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has alleged that a group of cryptocurrency company executives, including Ayala’s client, earned a sum of $37 million through what they claim is “a classic pump-and-dump scheme”.
The district judge has refused to throw the case out, despite three motions to dismiss the codefendants.
In spite of this, our attorney Eduardo is determined to fight for our client and provide the highest level of legal representation. As stated by Eduardo, “Our client maintains that he did nothing wrong and is determined to fight back. We look forward to representing him to the best of our ability.”
