Eduardo Ayala is a native of Lima-Peru. Prior to his legal career, Eduardo was a consecrated lay in the Catholic Church where he held important positions of leadership and studied theology and philosophy.
In 2002, Ayala arrived to the United States as an immigrant with nothing but dreams. Eduardo was determined and always admired the possibilities this country had to offer. During his first years, Eduardo worked in the restaurant industry as a waiter, driver, cook, and restaurant manager. After years of hard work, Eduardo became a successful restaurant owner in 2006.
The restaurant business did not provide the kind of personal and professional fulfillment Eduardo wanted. Essentially an immigrant, Eduardo wanted to be involved in a trade where he—while making a living—could at the same time help others that were in a position of disadvantage. Thus, the legal profession suited well his goals and skills.
In 2008, Eduardo attended FIU College of Law where he excelled as a student. He graduated at the top of his class and was included in the dean’s list four out of six semesters. Actively involved with the Latin American culture he obtained the CALI Excellence Award in his Law and Politics in Latin America class for his research on the Mexican Constitution.
Eduardo then developed his advocacy skills working as a certified Legal Intern for Legal Services of Greater Miami. In Legal Services he represented low-income persons in Landlord Tenants disputes. Later in his career, Eduardo Ayala also worked for the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic at FIU where he tried several cases in Immigration Court obtaining successful outcomes for his clients.
In May 2011, after graduation from law school, Eduardo worked for large firms in Miami where he also practiced commercial litigation. In January 2013, Eduardo started his own practice with the goal of providing competent legal representation to immigrants and businesses from South America.
His practice areas include Immigration, Real Estate Transactions, Civil Litigation, Mergers and Acquisitions among others.
Eduardo is fluent in English and Spanish.
