Justin Quintero is an Associate Attorney at Ayala Law. Licensed to practice in Florida since 2022, Justin brings extensive courtroom and negotiation experience to the firm’s litigation team.

Before joining Ayala Law, he served as an Assistant State Attorney in Orange County, where he tried numerous jury and bench trials and honed his skills in motion practice, witness preparation, and case strategy.

He later practiced at a boutique civil and commercial litigation firm in Miami, where he handled a broad range of matters including foreclosure, construction, first party property, insurance and transactional disputes. Justin has successfully negotiated settlements in mediation and appeared in countless hearings on behalf of clients.

Justin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating with honors and receiving the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trusts and Estates. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Florida and an Associate of Arts from Doral College where he was the inaugural senator for the Doral Academy campus.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Justin leverages his diverse legal background and trial experience to provide agile, strategic representation to Ayala Law’s clients.
