Ryan was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida, magna cum laude, with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and a Minor in History. Ryan then attended Florida International University’s College of Law, where throughout his time, he maintained a position on the Deans List, and ultimately received his Juris Doctorate degree, graduating cum laude.

Ryan has been with Ayala Law since 2020, when he joined to work as part of the firm’s consumer and commercial litigation department. At the firm, he currently focuses in the areas of: real estate, transactions, asset protection, trust creation, trademark protection, lien law and products liability.

Ryan has always had a passion for helping the South Florida community. Prior to his time at law school Ryan would volunteer in children’s sports leads for elementary level students. Today, Ryan works to give back to his community through his church’s Youth Program, where he is able to mentor middle and high-school level students, as well as coordinate events and conferences.

Ryan takes pride in being able to serve his community by helping our clients grow and protect their businesses throughout the State of Florida.

  • Malaga. v. Millennium World Trade Business, LLC. No. 2023-001445-CA-01 (11th Circuit of Florida, 2024).
    Breach of Contract involving a 3-million dollar land. Represented the Defendant. Verdict for the Defendant on all counts.
  • Gabvac Inc. v. Eli Towing and Transport Inc. No. 2020-CA-002456 (10th Circuit of Florida, 2023).
    Illegal Tow and sale of a vehicle. Represented the Plaintiff. Verdict for the Plaintiff for the value of the vehicle ($29,000). Prevailing Party fees under F.S. §713.78.
