Milagros “Julia” Solivan was born and raised in Puerto Rico and is a first-generation college graduate. Ms. Solivan received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from St. Thomas University College of Law where she was in the top ten percent of her class and was on the Dean’s List for all semesters. She received four CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in various subjects of legal study and was the recipient of two merit scholarships. During the last summer at St. Thomas, Ms. Solivan interned for the Honorable Alan Fine of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Complex Business Litigation Division, where she worked in complex matters involving the Florida RICO statute and contract disputes. She received her undergraduate degree in Criminology from the University of Florida, cum laude. Ms. Solivan was admitted to the Florida Bar in September, 2023.

Ms. Solivan is fully bilingual English/Spanish. Miami has been her home for the past 20 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two teenage boys playing basketball, swimming, drawing, or watching movies.

Prior to joining Ayala Law, Ms. Solivan worked as a litigation associate in an insurance defense law firm.
