I am a bilingual (English & Spanish) business and real-estate litigator who guides owners, investors, and contractors through high-stakes disputes—always with a clear plan to reach the most practical, cost-effective result. Born and raised in Miami to Cuban parents, I pair a deep understanding of South Florida’s business culture with rigorous advocacy and practical advice. Clients turn to me not only for courtroom representation but for day-to-day business counsel on breaches of contract, partnership disputes, property and construction disputes, trademark work, or working on deals that protect long-term growth.
After graduating in three years from Florida International University’s Honors College with a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems, I earned my J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. My commitment to pragmatic, solution-oriented lawyering is personal. I decided to pursue a career as a lawyer after watching my parents’ small business struggle through a legal battle with a competitor. That experience drives my mission to help entrepreneurs resolve conflicts swiftly so they can stay focused on building their businesses.
Outside the office, I enjoy rooting for the Miami Heat, playing basketball, and exploring new restaurants.
