Jim Montalvo is an experienced litigation attorney admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and Washington, D.C. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, enabling him to represent clients in both state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions.

Jim earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law after completing his undergraduate studies at Iona College. Early in his legal career, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Donald L. Graham of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, where he gained invaluable insight into the federal judicial system and complex litigation.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Jim is committed to providing strategic, client-focused legal representation and helping individuals and businesses navigate challenging legal matters with confidence and clarity.
