Kevin Ferguson was born and raised in Miami, Florida, with family roots from Cuba and Canada. He graduated from Belen Jesuit Preparatory School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University in May 2023.

Kevin is currently a rising, third-year law student at Florida International University College of Law and is set to graduate in spring 2027.

In the summer of 2025, he completed an internship with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Scholars Program. During his time there, he gained hands-on experience in securities litigation and contributed to a range of investigations, including insider trading and cryptocurrency matters.

Beyond his academic and professional pursuits, Kevin enjoys playing basketball and watching his favorite soccer team, Liverpool F.C.
