Joel Montilla is a bilingual customer service and technical support professional from Colombia with more than two years of experience assisting U.S.-based clients across the healthcare, finance, technical support, and retail industries. Throughout his career, he has worked with companies including Concentrix, Foundever, Teleperformance, Sutherland, and Comercial Papeleras, where he developed strong skills in client relations, problem-solving, CRM systems, billing support, and administrative operations.
As a member of Ayala Law’s team, Joel is committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring every client receives prompt, professional, and compassionate support. He enjoys working in fast-paced environments, quickly adapting to new systems, and helping clients find effective solutions with confidence and care.
Outside of work, Joel is passionate about music. He enjoys singing, playing the guitar, and is currently studying music, experiences that have strengthened his creativity, discipline, and teamwork. In his free time, he also enjoys gaming and is committed to continuously improving both his English proficiency and professional skills.
