Sophia Hoepelmam was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University before pursuing her legal education at St. Thomas University College of Law, where she is currently a first-year law student.

Prior to law school, Sophia worked as a legal assistant at this same firm, where she gained valuable hands-on experience supporting attorneys and assisting with a variety of legal matters.

Sophia is particularly interested in business litigation and looks forward to continuing to develop her skills in the field throughout law school and her legal career. She is also involved in the Cuban American Student Bar Association (CASBA), where she enjoys connecting with fellow students and engaging with the legal community.

Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Sophia enjoys spending time at the beach and taking advantage of South Florida’s coastal lifestyle.
