This case involved a lawsuit against a marketing agency who, in retaliation for baseless allegations of non-payment, hijacked our client’s valuable Google account. After the client terminated the relationship, the marketing agency refused to return the Google account to our client by changing all the passwords and settings.
Without access to their Google Ads account, our client saw a 90% decrease in sales during that month, subsequent to the defendant’s unlawful actions.
