The case involved a lawsuit against our client, a paver manufacturer, alleging the pavers suffered “excessive discoloration” (years after installation), and therefore, our client should be responsible for the replacement.
After a year of litigating the case, our attorney Julia Sullivan, Esq., was able to reduce the claim to a $2,000 payment.
