Ayala Law Files Lawsuit Against Road Masters Alleging Breach of Contract and Withholding of Funds

By December 5, 2025No Comments

We have filed a lawsuit against Road Masters and its affiliated companies, after the company allegedly took significant funds from our client under the guise of purchasing commercial trucks—but failed to deliver a single vehicle, failed to provide supporting documentation, and ignored multiple contractual obligations designed to ensure transparency and accountability.

As alleged, our client entered into a detailed, written agreement with Road Masters for the acquisition and management of commercial trucks. Road Masters represented that it would locate and purchase trucks meeting strict specifications. These were not optional targets; they were mandatory standards intended to protect our client’s investment and ensure that the business venture could begin operating promptly.

Once the agreement was in place, our client wired Road Masters a substantial amount of money specifically earmarked for purchasing trucks. Road Masters acknowledged receiving the funds. But from that point forward, the company allegedly failed to perform several basic items required under the contract. When our client repeatedly requested proof—purchase invoices, inspection reports, titles, repair receipts—weeks passed with no verification, no updates, and no transparency about where the client’s money went or whether Road Masters had done anything at all to fulfill its obligations. As a result, our client was left with no visibility into the status of the funds and no assurance that Road Masters was acting in good faith.

This case demonstrates a recurring problem in business relationships: one party performs its obligations and provides capital in good faith, while the other party takes the benefit and then refuses to deliver, refuses to document, and refuses to communicate. Contracts are only effective when both parties honor them. When one side refuses to comply, legal action becomes the only avenue for relief.Ayala Law represents business owners facing these exact situations—partners who disappear, obligations that go unmet, and funds that go unaccounted for. By filing this lawsuit, we seek to obtain justice for our client, recover the losses caused by Road Masters’ alleged misconduct, and enforce the contractual protections our client bargained for.
