Ayala Successfully Defeats 2-on-1 Motion to Dismiss Bid in South Florida Real Estate Dispute

By March 27, 2026No Comments

We recently defeated an attempt by both defendants to dismiss our client’s claims involving rights as a resident of a multi-family residential condominium. The case involves claims of unlawful removal of property, and breach of rights under the covering association documents.

Regarding the result, attorney Eion Oosterbaan stated, “Despite the defendant’s coordinated effort to dispose of our client’s legitimate claims at this early stage, we were able to pass this threshold, and intend to fully pursue our client’s claims.”

This result showcases our firm’s commitment to our clients’ claims, even when the odds may seem to be stacked against them. One versus one, two versus one, or more, we believe our team of skilled attorneys is prepared to take on a multitude of disputes.

Our firm regularly represents clients in complex real estate and business disputes, including partnership conflicts, property ownership disputes, operating agreement litigation, and appeals.
