Ayala Law is pleased to announce that attorneys Ryan M. Sawal and M. Julia Solvian have achieved another settlement for our clients.
The case, which involved a dispute over a shared property between the parties, included claims for promissory estoppel, constructive trust, and unjust enrichment. Ayala’s client asserted that he had a protected interest in the property due to over a decade of financing and maintaining it.
Shortly after filing the suit, Ayala was able to negotiate a $350,000.00 settlement as to the disputed property, nearly equal to the opening offer made by our client.
Regarding the settlement, attorney Sawal had this to say, “I’m incredibly proud of the exceptional work done by our entire Ayala Law team in this case, in particular Ms. Solivan, leading to the swift resolution of this complex property ownership dispute. This result reflects the high level of skill and commitment our team brings to every case, to achieve the best results possible for our clients.”
