Ayala is proud to announce that it has successfully closed on the purchase of a $2.3-million, high-end residence in Miami Beach.
The key to the deal was the resolution of a $160,000 lien on the property related to the seller’s conflict with a third party. Ayala was able to fully vet the claim, and in collaboration with the opposing side, was able to settle the dispute, clearing the path to closing.
