By April 19, 2022No Comments

Ayala is happy to announce that it has obtained a Part II Money Transmitter license for its client, a Florida corporation.

A Money Transmitter license “authorizes the holder to transmit currency, monetary value, or payment instruments, either by wire, facsimile, electronic transfer, courier, the Internet, or through bill payment services or other businesses that facilitate such transfer, within this country or to or from locations outside this country.”

Ayala’s client facilitates payment from its network of South American customers. Obtaining this license will only help expand its network and business.

As stated by attorney Eduardo A. Maura: “we are happy that we were able to obtain the approval of this license. It was a long 6 months intense process, but we are happy that all the efforts were worthwhile in the end. This will only help her business thrive.”

At Ayala, we help many South American small businesses in all aspects including contract drafting, licensing, visas, and litigation.
