Ayala was retained by innovative technology company Shark Innovations Inc., to represent it in the application of the L-1A executive transferee visa for one of its main executives. An L-1A visa is non-immigrant visa that allows international companies to bring highly skilled executives to its U.S affiliates or subsidiaries to either found or expand its operations in the U.S.
In this case, Shark Technologies is expanding its operations in the U.S given the success of its revolutionary Kiwano electric rider. The rider has been a major win in the U.S market and has obtained Shark Technologies contracts with, major sellers like Walmart and Best Buy. With the expansion, Shark Innovations will create dozens of U.S jobs.
