The lawsuit, filed in the Southern District of Florida, contends that the defendant bank obstructed our client from accessing their own funds for an entire year, despite numerous attempts. This legal action encompasses claims related to the Recovery of Bank Deposits, Violation of Florida Statutes Section 655.059, and Declaratory Judgment.
