Ayala Law Achieves $90,000 Settlement in Medical Equipment Provider Contract Dispute

Ayala Law is happy to announce that it has achieved a settlement in a breach of contract litigation between Ayala’s client and a medical equipment provider whom it contracted with.

The case, which included claims for breach of contract, unpaid wages, and unjust enrichment, revolved around a contract between the businesses, which was prematurely terminated.

Regarding the settlement, attorney Ryan Sawal had this to say, “We are very satisfied that we were able to achieve this settlement for our client as quickly as we did. While we cannot return the time spent on this dispute, we believe that this settlement allows our client to both be compensated and move forward with peace of mind, putting this matter behind them, so that they can focus on their future business ventures.”
