Ayala Law is investigating and has recently filed a putative class action lawsuit against BNB Formula, LLC, asserting claims for Florida Statutes § 501.021 et seq, Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), breach of contract, promissory estoppel, and fraudulent misrepresentation.
The complaint alleges that upon purchase of the defendant’s real estate investment coaching program, the plaintiffs discovered that many of the services previously represented as being included in the costs, were actually blocked behind additional fees and payment walls, and a series of unfair or otherwise deceptive business practices.
The complaint alleges that the plaintiffs suffered damages in the form of both financial losses, as well as substantial credit damage.
