Ayala Law has successfully obtained a $65,000 final judgment in a two-year-long litigation arising out of unpaid construction work done on an Amazon facility in central Florida.
This judgment comes on the eve of trial, during which Ayala Law, on behalf of its client, was prepared to present claims for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and tortious interference.
Attorney Nicholas De Ñunez had this to say regarding the final judgment, “This outcome was the result of years of persistent work pushing this matter forward, always with a mind to be ready to proceed to trial. Though we were able to achieve this result prior to trial, we believe that our strategy when partnered with efficient negotiation is really what allowed this to happen.”
