Ayala Law Achieves $50,000 Settlement for Homeowner in Property Damage Case

Ayala Law is happy to announce that it is reached a $50,000.00 settlement for its client in their residential property damage case.

The property damage involved the driver of a commercial truck, which careened off the road and directly into Ayala’s client’s residential garage. The case involved claims for common law negligence, negligent hiring, and negligent retention. Thankfully, the case did not involve any claims for personal injury.

The settlement was reached after nearly a year’s worth of contentious litigation, and with trial approaching later this year. Attorney Ryan M. Sawal had to say about the result, “While money will not get back the time and energy lost as a result of being displaced from their home, ultimately, this settlement allows our clients to move forward with their lives receiving just compensation after a traumatizing situation.”
